How are you doing ? It's already December! We are going to reach the 2013 soon! So, have you re-check your 2012 moments yet? Hehehe hope everybody had a great 2012 so far!
Anyway, today I would like to share an improvised instant noodle with you. Yeah, I-N-S-T-A-N-T... Just like you improvised your Maggi Mee. Hehehe.
I'm going to use the Nong Shim Chapagetti Chajangmyun noodle for this recipe. It is actually the instant version for the famous Black Bean Noodle or well known as Jjajangmyun.
Let's check it out!
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet of Nong Shim Instant Chapagetti Chajangmyun
1/2 cut of potato
1 tsp of potato starch flour / corn flour (mix it with some water)
1 cut of boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp of sweet plum sauce
1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1 tsp of sesame seeds
2 tbsp of sesame oil
1/2 cup of water
Some boiled vegetables (eg: beansprouts, tofu, mix vegetables etc)
Some grated vegetables (eg: cucumber, carrot etc)
*This recipe is for ONE (1) serving*
METHOD
1)Cut the boneless breast chicken into cube. Mix the sesame seeds, sweet plum sauce and sweet soy sauce together with the chicken. Marinate it for about 10 minutes.
2)While waiting for the chicken to marinate, boil the Chapagetti Chajangmyun noodle in a boiled water together with the dried vegetables that come together in the packet for about 8 minutes or until the noodle is well-cooked.
3)Cut and slice the potato into thinly square bite size.
4)Boiled the 1/2 cup of water in a pot together with the potato.
5)Once it is boiled and the potato has become tender, put in the instant soup powder that comes together with the instant chapagetti chajangmyun. Mix it well. Put 1 tspn of potato starch water if the sauce is not thick enough.
6)As for the chicken, heat up a frying pan with the sesame oil. Stir-fry the chicken until it turns brown in colour.
7)If you wish to eat the noodle with some vegetables, boil some beansprouts, tofu, mix vegetables etc. You may also grated some of the cucumber or carrot if you want to.
8)Place the cooked noodle in a bowl. Put the sauce on top of it, some vegetables and then the chicken. Mix all together.
And try to eat it with Kimchi! YUMMEH!

Super Chewy MOCHI PIZZA
Assalamualaikum! Konichiwa! Hello!
Have you ever heard about a food called 'Mochi'?
"Mochi (餅) is a Japanese rice cake made of glutinous rice (not to be confused with gluten) pounded into paste and molded into the desired shape..." - (Wikipedia)
Usually we can see that Mochi is widely used to make desserts. How about we try to eat Mochi in a different way? Kekekekekeke ^^
You can get the Mochi Block from any supermarket, especially the one that is located in an international location such as Mont Kiara, KLCC, One Utama and etc.
Have you tried to eat the 'Mochi Pizza' ?
It's easy and fun to make!
INGREDIENTS
4 blocks of Mochi
2 slices of Chicken Sandwich Cold Cut (slice it)
2 tablespoon of pitted Black Olive (slice it thinly)
4 tablespoon of Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of dried Oregano leaves
A few slices of Capsicum (optional)
A few slices of Onions (optional)
3 tablespoon of grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
METHODS
1)Firstly, cut the Mochi block for about 1cm each (no need to be too accurate).
2)Heat up the non-stick frying pan with the vegetable oil. Make sure the heat is medium heat.
3)Place the sliced Mochi on the frying pan accordingly (as picture below). Always keep an eye on the Mochi so that it will not get burn.
4)Sprinkle some water and cook it until the Mochi slices have merge together and turn golden in colour. Water will help the Mochi to melt.
5)At the side of the frying pan, cook the sliced onions and capsicum until it is tender.
6)While waiting for the Mochi to cook, mix the ketchup with the oregano leaves. Once the pizza Mochi base is ready, spread the mixed ketchup on the Mochi (as picture below).
7)After that, place the cooked capsicum and onions on the Mochi pizza base, follow by the sliced Chicken Sandwich Cold Cut, sliced pitted Black Olive. Lastly, put the grated Mozzarella Cheese on top of everything. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on the frying pan for awhile.
8)Bake the Mochi in the pre-heat oven of 180C for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted. You can also use the microwave by setting the timer for about 2 minutes or as long as the cheese has fully melted.
Trust me, this Mochi Pizza is easy, fun and hassle-free to prepare!

Durian Crepe ... Simply D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S
Durian Crepe? What is that? How does it taste like?
Recently, the Durian Crepe has been the talk of the town for its sweet indulgence!
Since I have never tried one before, I decided to try its recipe! (hehehe after Googled about it from various websites kekeke)
Let's check it out!
INGREDIENTS
(A) The Batter
250gm of Plain Flour
500ml of Milk (Full Cream)
2 large size Eggs (Grade A)
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon of Yellow Colouring
50gm of melted Butter (i used Buttercup)
A pinch of Salt to taste
(B) The Filling
A couple of Durian (the portion is up to you)
200ml of Whipped Cream (i used the Toppin' Pride brand)
METHOD
1)Blend all of the ingredients in (A) using a blender until it is smooth (U may also use the mixer if your blender is not capable in handling the batter). Once ready, strain the batter using strainer.
2)Mash the Durian using fork until it becomes a custard-looking durian (without the seeds of course hehe)
3)Heat up your frying pan using medium heat. Make sure to use a non-stick frying pan because we will not going to use any oil in preparing the crepe.
4)Make a medium size crepe and leave the batter to cook for about 5 seconds on each side (just like making pancakes). Make sure not to cook the batter until it becomes golden in colour. We want the crepe to be in yellow colour. It is important to control the heat to avoid the batter from becoming too golden.
5)Repeat the step for a few more crepe.
6)While cooling down the crepes, whip the cream until it becomes concentrated (as picture below).
7)Place the crepe on a plate. Put the whipped cream in the middle of the crepe (for about 1 tablespoon). Don't spread the whipped cream followed by the mashed durian (for about 1 teaspoon).
8)Fold the crepe side by side (similar with the laundry folding method). Make sure the fillings are still inside the crepe.
*This is how the inside will look like...NYUM NYUM!*
You can eat the Durian Crepe as it is or with the chocolate sauce, up to your personal creativity hehehe ^^.

Kimchi Fried Rice ( Kimchi Bokkeumbap 김치 볶음밥 )
Assalamualaikum! 안녕하세요! >.<
It's been a while since the last time i updated my blog. Kekeke so sorry!
Today i'm gonna share with all of you the recipe for Kimchi Fried Rice! or in in Korean it is known as ' Kimchi Bokkeumbap (김치 볶음밥)'.
It's easy and most importantly it's delicious! Let's check out the recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
4 scoops of warm white rice (or 2 bowls of white rice)
1 tupperware of well-fermented Kimchi (please refer to the picture)
3 chicken sausages (you may use chicken, fishcake, fishball, beef etc)
1 onion (slice it)
2 cloves of garlic (slice it finely)
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of water
Roasted sesame seeds for garnishing (you may even use fried eggs to garnish)
METHODS
1)Heat up the vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan.
2)Saute the garlic together with the onion.
3)When both garlic and onion have turn into brown color, mix it together with Kimchi.
4)Fry it for about 2 minutes. Pour in some water. After that, put the sliced chicken sausage into the ingredients. Mix it.
5)Put the seasoning accordingly, such as the light soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Mix all of them well.
6)After the ingredients are well-mixed, put the rice. Make sure to mix everything well.
7)Put the sesame oil into the rice. Mix it and taste it. After making sure that the taste is alright, put the sesame seeds and mix it again.
8)Garnish the Kimchi Fried Rice with a little bit more of the roasted sesame seeds. Served it while it is hot!

Mee Kung Fu Wachaa
Assalamualaikum semua! Apa khabar? I sihat, Alhamdulillah. Harap korang semua pun begitu juga =)
Hari ini sudah masuk hari ke-10 kita semua berpuasa! Wah, cepat kan masa berlalu?
Anyway, ada sesiapa teringin nak masak mee tak petang ini? Jom kita cuba resipi mee ni!
MEE KUNG FU WACHAA
BAHAN-BAHAN: (untuk 1 orang makan)
1 mangkuk mee kuning (direndam dengan air panas dulu)
2 biji telur
2 ketul sotong (dibersihkan dan dipotong)
2 ulas bawang putih (dihiriskan)
2 cm halia muda (dihiriskan)
1 biji cili merah besar (dihiriskan)
2 biji cili padi (diketukkan - ikut selera pedas kalau nak lebih)
8 biji lada hitam (ditumbukkan separa hancur)
1 sudu besar kicap cair
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu kecil tepung jagung (dicampurkan dengan sedikit air)
Sedikit sayur sawi dan lobak merah (dibersihkan dan dipotongkan)
Garam secukup rasa
CARA-CARA:
1)Toskan mee kuning yg direndamkan dgn air panas. Pukulkan telur dan campurkan mee kuning bersama-sama dgn telur.
2)Panaskan 'non-stick frying pan'. Gorengkan campuran mee kuning dan telur tersebut. Toskan dgn tisu dapur bila sudah masak. Biarkan ia sejuk utk seketika.
3)Panaskan kuali dgn minyak. Tumiskan bawang putih. Apabila sudah naik bau, masukkan halia dan cili padi serta lada hitam. Kacaukan.
4)Masukkan potongan sotong. Kacaukan dan biarkan untuk seketika sampai sotong masak.
5)Masukkan pula potongan lobak merah, sawi dan cili merah. Kacaukan.
6)Kemudian, masukkan sedikit air, sos tiram dan kicap cair. Taburkan sedikit garam jika perlu. Masukkan air tepung jagung dan kacau sampai kuah jadi sedikit pekat.
7)Mee kuning yg sudah sejuk dipotong empat segi kecil. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam kuali. Hidangkan dgn sedikit bawang goreng. NYUMMMMMMMM!!!
Haih jadi lapar pulak perut I ni. =____=" HAHAHA

Warm Lava Chocolate Cake
Assalamualaikum all!
Are you a chocolate cake lover? How about a homemade chocolate cake with a lava-like inside it?
This is a very romantic shekshi chocolate cake. And you will know why I said that by looking at the picture below :D

WARM LAVA CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
125gm of butter (I used Buttercup)
125gm of plain flour
150gm of dark chocolate (I used Van Houtten Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate)
150gm of sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of water
METHOD:
1)Preheat the oven to 200C.
2)Melt the dark chocolate together with water and butter (double-boiling method)
3)Mix the eggs with vanilla essence. Pour the eggs into the bowl and quickly stir it to avoid the eggs from scrambled (picture 1)
4)Add the sugar and mix well.
5)Add the cocoa powder and flour into the bowl. Mix them well ( picture 2)
6)Buttered the baking cup and fill them up.
7)Bake them for 12 minutes in 200C oven.
8)Serve with vanilla ice-cream while it's still warm (´⌣`ʃƪ)

Cucur Cempedak Goreng
"Buah cempedak diluar pagar,
Ambil galah tolong jolokkan,
Saya ini mahu belajar,
Ade resipi boleh tunjukkan?"
Wah berpantun gitu! HEHE .. Just a quick update untuk ruangan resipi I ni.
Sementara menunggu waktu berbuka (terlebih rajin pula kan?) LOL
CUCUR CEMPEDAK GORENG
BAHAN-BAHAN:
Sebiji buah cempedak yg masak ranum (dikeluarkan isinya)
1 cawan tepung naik sendiri (i pakai jenama Bluekey)
1/2 cawan tepung jagung
1 sudu besar gula perang
1 sudu besar madu
1 sudu kecil garam
Secubit serbuk kunyit
Air secukupnya
*I guna cawan kopi yg kecil utk sukatan)
CARA-CARA:
1)Campurkan ketiga-tiga tepung bersama-sama dgn gula perang, madu, garam dan serbuk kunyit.
2)Masukkan air dan gaulkan sehingga adunan menjadi pekat (pastikan adunan tidak cair).
3)Masukkan ketulan buah cempedak dan sebatikan.
4)Biarkan adunan untuk seketika (I biarkan selama 30minit-1jam)
5)Panaskan kuali bersama-sama dgn minyak.
6)Gorengkan sehingga kekuningan.
7)Toskan cucur menggunakan tisu dapur.
8)Sedia untuk dimakan!

Mee Goreng Mamak
Assalamualaikum semua!
Hari ni dah masuk hari ke-4 umat Islam di Malaysia menjalani ibadah puasa.
Amacam korang? Masih bertahan? Hehehe. Ade sesiapa teringin nak makan Mee Goreng Mamak tak?
Haa ape kata cuba masak sendiri guna resipi Rya ni :D
MEE GORENG MAMAK
BAHAN-BAHAN: (untuk 3 orang makan)
1/2 bungkus mee kuning / spagetti
3 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
1 biji cili merah besar (dihiris)
1 biji tomato (dipotong 4)
1 biji telur
5 biji cucur kelapa (resipi untuk ini ade disediakan di blog ini yay!)
1 sudu besar kicap cair
1 sudu besar kicap manis cap Kipas Udang
1 sudu besar cili boh Manja (kalau suka pedas, boleh tambah ikut citarasa sendiri)
2 sudu besar serbuk kari ikan (dicampur dgn sedikit air panas sampai jadi mcm 'paste')
3 sudu besar minyak utk menumis (I guna minyak Zaitun 'extra virgin')
Sedikit sayur sawi (bersihkan)
Sedikit taugeh (bersihkam)
Sedikit air
Garam secukup rasa
Beberapa hirisan limau
Sedikit daun sup (sebagai perhiasan)
CARA-CARA:
1)Rendamkan mee kuning dalam air panas utk seketika. Jika guna spagetti, rebuskan spagetti di dalam air yg mendidih bercampur dgn sedikit garam dan minyak zaitun.
2)Panaskan kuali bersama-sama dgn minyak.
3)Tumbukkan bawang putih dan merah. Kemudian tumiskan. Masukkan juga hirisan cili merah.
4)Setelah naik bau, masukkan cili boh. Masakkan sampai naik minyak.
5)Kemudian masukkan 'paste' kari ikan ke dalam kuali. Kacaukan dan biarkan sehingga naik bau dan pecah minyak.
6)Masukkan mee kuning yg telah direndamkan tadi. Kacau sebati. Renjiskan dgn sedikit air supaya mee tidak menjadi kering.
7)Masukkan cucur kelapa. Kemudian masukkan kicap cair dan kicap manis. Kacau sentiasa.
8)Masukkan sayur sawi dan taugeh. Akhir sekali, masukkan telur dan kacau segera bagi mengelakkan telur tersebut terlalu masak.
9)Letakkan garam secukup rasa. Jika mee nampak kering, renjiskan dgn air.
10)Sedia untuk dihidang dan MAKAN!

MEE GORENG MAMAK
BAHAN-BAHAN: (untuk 3 orang makan)
1/2 bungkus mee kuning / spagetti
3 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
1 biji cili merah besar (dihiris)
1 biji tomato (dipotong 4)
1 biji telur
5 biji cucur kelapa (resipi untuk ini ade disediakan di blog ini yay!)
1 sudu besar kicap cair
1 sudu besar kicap manis cap Kipas Udang

Cucur Kelapa
Pernah terfikir tak macam mana nak buat cucur kelapa yg banyak digunakan oleh peniaga rojak mamak di rumah?
Kalau ya, saya ada resipinya. (‾⌣‾)♉
CUCUR KELAPA
BAHAN-BAHAN
1 ulas bawang merah
1 cawan tepung gandum naik sendiri
1 cawan tepung beras
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
4 sudu besar sagu / kelapa kering
1/2 cawan kelapa parut basah
Garam secukup rasa
Air secukupnya
CARA-CARA

2) Kemudian campurkan hirisan bawang bersama-sama semua bahan-bahan yg ade.
3) Pastikan adunan tidak menjadi terlalu cair dan juga tidak terlalu pekat. Biarkan untuk seketika selama 15 minit.
4) Masukkan adunan cucur ke dalam kuali yg telah dipanaskan dgn minyak masak. Bentukkan adunan kepada size sederhana.
5) Toskan apabila cucur menjadi kuning keemasan. Biarkan sejuk dan sedia dihidang.

Solok Lada Cik Siti Wan Kembang
Assalamualaikum (^_^)v
Siapa suka makan Solok Lada?
Tahu tak apa itu Solok Lada? Sila lihat gambar dibawah jika awak tak tahu ye ;p

*Macam mana? Sekarang tau dah apa itu Solok Lada? HEHE*
FYI, Solok Lada ni selalunya dimakan bersama-sama dengan Nasi Kerabu. YUMMEH! Tapi, saye lebih suka makan begitu saje kihkihkih *GILA*
Ia merupakan salah satu jenis masakan daripada negeri Cik Siti Wan Kembang. Cewah nama negeri glamornya! Hahaha!
Nah, saye kongsi resepi Solok Lada ni. Bila buat sendiri, puas sikit makan kan? ;)
Solok Lada Cik Siti Wan Kembang
10 biji lada Kelantan
1/2 biji kelapa parut
2 ekor ikan (saye pakai ikan Penalin)
12 biji lada hitam
4 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
1 sudu besar kerisik basah
1 cawan santan
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
CARA MEMASAK:
1) Belahkan lada dibahagian tengah secara memanjang. Kemudian, rendamkan dalam air.
2) Kukuskan ikan Penalin tadi sehingga masak. Sejukkan dan buangkan semua tulangnya.
3) Tumbukkan bahan-bahan seperti lada hitam, halia, bawang merah dan putih terlebih dahulu.
4) Kemudian, tumbukkan sekali kelapa parut dan juga ikan kukus tadi sehingga lumat dan sebati. Selepas itu, masukkan ke dalam bekas.
5) Masukkan kerisik, garam dan gula secukup rasa. Gaulkan bahan-bahan tersebut.
6) Sumbatkan adunan ke dalam belahan lada. Mampatkan dan susunkan ke dalam periuk.
7) Tuangkan santan ke dalam periuk dan masakkan sehingga mendidih. Jangan terlalu lama nanti lada jadi lembik sangat. Sedia untuk dihidang.

Sponge Cake
Sponge cake is one of the easiest cake to make. However, it could be a disaster if you don't really know the right technique in baking it..
Let me share with you a very easy sponge cake recipe, and I'm sure you'll be happy with the outcome later.
Mini Vanilla Rose Sponge Cake with Strawberry Jam and Vanilla Whipped Cream

(A)Sponge Cake :
2 eggs
75gm Caster sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Rose flavor
1 tbsp Rose water
75gm plain flour
(B)Filling :
250ml double whipped cream
1 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Strawberry Jam
Icing sugar (to be sprinkled on the cake)
METHOD :
(A)Sponge Cake
1) Beat the 2 eggs for a few seconds.
2) Add the Vanilla essence, Rose water and Rose essence.
3) Slowly pour the Caster sugar into the eggs. Beat the mixture until it thickens and turns into slightly white in colour.
4) By using a sieve (penapis) gently add the plain flour into the mixture.
5) Slowly and gently fold the plain flour into the mixture. To fold, take a spoon and gently stir the spoon over and under the mixture rather than just stiring as normal (gunakan kaedah kaup dari dalam ke luar). This is to keep the air bubbles inside the mixture.
6) Pour the sponge cake mixture gently into the mini cake tin. Make sure to rub the tin surface with vegetable shortening or some butter.
7) Baked the cake mixture in a 170 degree Celcius oven for 15-20 minutes by using the 'Top and Bottom heat'technique (Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree Celcius for 20 minutes)
8) Do not open the oven door until the time you need to check the cake. The cake is ready when the surface is bouncy when you lightly press it.
9) Leave the cake in the tin for awhile for it to cool. You can go around the edges with a knife to gently nudge it out, it should come out easily.
(B)Vanilla Whipped Cream Filling
1) Whisk the fresh double cream for a minute then add the icing sugar and vanilla essence into it.
2) Whisk until it is a thick whipped cream.
Lastly, spread the Strawberry Jam on one of the mini cake. Then, spread the whipped cream on the jam. Do not spread the cream until at the edge of the cake. Then take another mini cake and place it on top of the cream. Dust it off with icing sugar using the sieve.

Masak Lemak Cili Padi Ikan Bawal. Sape teringin angkat tangan dan kaki!
Hai!
Lama dah i x update resepi-resepi kat blog i ni. Biasalah busy *alasan jer* (=_=') Hukhukhuk.
Okay, hari ini i nak update entry i tentang satu resepi ni.
I dah pernah buat, tapi atas permintaan seorang rakan i, jadi i rajinkan diri untuk tulis resepi tu kat dlm blog i ni.
Masak Lemak Cili Padi Ikan Bawal, haa pernah u all cuba buat tak? ;)

BAHAN-BAHAN:
3 ekor ikan bawal sederhana besar(dipotong 2)
2 ulas bawang merah
1 cm halia
1 batang serai (dititik)
2 helai daun limau purut
1 1/2 cawan santan pekat
2 keping asam gelugor
1 helai daun kunyit (dihiris)
2 cm kunyit hidup
6 batang cili padi (ikut selera masing2)
1/2 kiub pati ayam
4-5 biji sayur bendi
Garam secukup rasa
CARA MEMASAK:
1) Bersihkan ikan bawal (terpulang samada nak di goreng atau tidak)
2) Tumbuk bwg merah,halia,cili padi, kunyit hidup dan tumis dlm kuali dgn minyak yg sedikit.
3) Apabila bahan tumisan td kekuningan naik bau, masukkan ikan,santan sedikit demi sedikit. Masukkan daun limau purut,serai,daun kunyit dan asam gelugor.
4) Tambahkan sedikit air jika terlalu pekat. Masukkan sayur bendi. Biarkan mendidih dan masukkan garam dan kiub pati ayam secukup rasa.
Resepi ini cukup untuk 4 orang makan ye.

Asam Pedas Melaka? Oh YES!
Assalamualaikum!
Apa khabar semua? Hehe i Alhamdulillah sihat dah. Petang tadi siap pergi ke gym, tapi bila balik badan jadi sakit-sakit la pula. HAHA.
Ok, malam ni i nak update satu resipi ni. U all semua suka tak makan Asam Pedas Melaka?
Mcm i, i SANGAT lah suka! Nak resepi? Jom tengok!

BAHAN-BAHAN:
(A) Bahan Kisar:
1 labu bawang besar
5 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 cm halia
3cm kunyit hidup
1 sudu besar jintan manis
1 sudu teh lada hitam
30 tangkai cili kering (dibuang biji & direndam dalam air panas utk seketika)
(B) Bahan Tumisan:
1 labu bawang besar (dihiris)
1/2 sudu teh biji sawi
1/2 sudu teh halba
5 helai daun kari
3 helai daun limau purut
5 sudu besar minyak masak
(C) Bahan Lain:
500gm ikan tenggiri
2 sudu besar pati asam jawa (yang pekat punya)
2 biji tomato (dipotong 4)
1 biji terung bulat (dipotong separa nipis)
10 biji bendi (bergantung pada citarasa masing2)
1 tangkai bunga kantan (dipotong 2)
2 sudu teh garam
1 sudu besar 'palm sugar'
2 sudu besar sos tiram
1/2 kiub pati ayam
Beberapa helai daun kesum
Air secukupnya (i guna dalam sukatan 3 pot nasi)
CARA-CARA:
1) Cili kering yg telah direndam tadi dikisar bersama-sama dengan BAHAN KISAR yang lain dengan 1 pot air.
2) Panaskan minyak di dalam periuk. Masukkan hirisan bawang besar. Kemudian masukkan BAHAN TUMISAN yang lain. Tumis sehingga naik bau.
3) Masukkan BAHAN KISAR tadi. Masak sehingga pecah minyak.
4) Kemudian, masukkan pati asam jawa dan kacau seketika. Selepas itu, masukkan air dan ikan tenggiri serta bunga kantan. Begitu juga dengan terung. Biarkan seketika selama 1 minit.
5) Selepas itu, masukkan bahan-bahan perasa seperti sos tiram, kiub pati ayam, 'palm sugar' dan juga garam. Kacau kan untuk seketika.
6) Bendi dan tomato dimasukkan pada saat-saat akhir masakan. Begitu juga dengan daun kesum. Biarkan selama 1 minit.
7) Apabila segala rasa sudah sebati dan ikan juga sudah masak, hidangkan bersama-sama dengan nasi panas.

4) Kemudian, masukkan pati asam jawa dan kacau seketika. Selepas itu, masukkan air dan ikan tenggiri serta bunga kantan. Begitu juga dengan terung. Biarkan seketika selama 1 minit.
5) Selepas itu, masukkan bahan-bahan perasa seperti sos tiram, kiub pati ayam, 'palm sugar' dan juga garam. Kacau kan untuk seketika.
6) Bendi dan tomato dimasukkan pada saat-saat akhir masakan. Begitu juga dengan daun kesum. Biarkan selama 1 minit.
7) Apabila segala rasa sudah sebati dan ikan juga sudah masak, hidangkan bersama-sama dengan nasi panas.

Sambal Tumis Telur Rebus. YUMMY!
Assalamualaikum. :)
Apa khabar korg? Sihat? I baru je baik dari demam & food poisoning.
Today i mengidam nak makan Sambal Tumis Telur Rebus. Ish, tak boleh nak tahan.
Jadi i pun pergi masuk dapur utk masak sambal tumis yang i nak ni. Hasilnya?
YUMMY! ;p
Nak resepi? Meh i share meh! (ni style i tau, maybe ada beza sikit dengan org lain hehe)
BAHAN-BAHAN:
6 biji telur ayam
4 ulas bawang putih
1/2 biji bawang besar
3 sudu besar cili boh
4 sudu besar kicap manis
2 sudu besar sos tiram
3 sudu besar pati air asam jawa (yang pekat punya)
1 sudu teh kiub pati ayam
1 sudu besar air asam limau
4 sudu besar minyak masak
1 sudu besar bawang goreng
Air
Secubit garam
Sedikit daun ketumbar sebagai hiasan

CARA-CARA:
1) Telur ayam direbus dan dikupas kulitnya. Kemudian digoreng sedikit sehingga permukaan jadi kekuningan.

2) Bawang putih dicincang kasar. Manakala, bawang besar pula dihiris halus.
3) Panaskan kuali. Masukkan minyak masak.
4) Tumiskan bawang putih sehingga kekuningan. Masukkan cili boh. Biarkan sehingga cili boh jadi pecah minyak.

5) Kemudian, masukkan pati air asam jawa. Kacau.
6) Selepas itu masukkan sos tiram, kicap manis, air asam limau, kiub pati ayam & garam. Tambahkan sedikit air.
7) Taburkan bawang besar dan bawang goreng. Kacau sehingga sebati.
8) Masukkan pula telur rebus yang telah digoreng tadi. Biarkan seketika.
9) Hidangkan dgn taburan daun ketumbar bersama-sama dgn nasi panas.

Roti Sosej Rya's Style ;D
Yo! Tgk tajuk je dah macam poyo! Haha.
Hai korg!
U all nak tau tak? (tak nak? i nak bagitahu jugak! haha) I suka sgt mkn roti sosej. Tak tahu kenapa. Maybe sebab roti sosej senang bagi perut-kenyang-di kala-lapar-kerana-DIET. Haha.
I selalu tak puas hati dgn roti2 sosej yg jual di kedai tu. Macam tak puas bila makan. Rasa roti yg kosong, lepas tu sosej pun kecil2 je. Jadi, I pun fikir.
APA KATA KALAU I BUAT SENDIRI ROTI SOSEJ TU?
Bila cuba buat, hek eleh senang je nak buat roti sosej ni (poyo again! Sorry about that!Haha)

Nah, i share resepi dgn korg. Nanti boleh la cuba ye!
BAHAN-BAHAN:
3 cawan tepung gandum biasa
3 sudu besar gula aising
1 paket yis
1 biji kuning telur
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu besar minyak zaitun
6 batang sosej Black Pepper Ayamas
Secubit garam
CARA-CARA:
1) Tapis tepung gandum terlebih dahulu.
2) Kemudian, masukkan gula aising dan secubit garam. Sebatikan bersama-sama tepung gandum tadi.
3) Sementara itu, campurkan yis dgn sedikit air panas. Pastikan tidak sampai cair.
4) Masukkan campuran yis ke dalam sebatian tepung tadi. Adun sehingga sebati. Biarkan selama 1 jam untuk adunan mengembang.
5) Sosej dipotong setengah. Kemudian, gril kan sosej tersebut di dalam frying pan dgn minyak zaitun.

6) Selepas 1 jam, uli adunan tepung dgn sedikit taburan tepung. Bahagikan adunan tersebut kpd bulatan kecil sebesar bola golf.
7) Kemudian, bentukkan bahagian tersebut menjadi silinder dan lilitkan pada sosej tadi.
8) Bila dah selesai, simpan di dalam peti sejuk selama 1 jam supaya tekstur roti tersebut menjadi lebih kenyal dan pejal.
9) Masukkan ke dalam oven yg telah di panas pada suhu 180'C. Bakar selama 10-15 minit.

10) Pastikan setiap 5 minit, roti sosej tersebut disapukan dgn campuran kuning telur dan esen vanilla.
11) Sedia dihidang!
Hehe, I tahu steps utk buat roti sosej ni macam rumit kan? Secara teori memang nampak susah, tapi jangan risau ye sebab secara praktikal tak susah mana pun. ;D
